Home-buyer's Fair

The City of Vicksburg housing department co-sponsors a Home Buyers Fair which involves major local banks and realtors that will include workshops on such topics as Getting a Mortgage, Home Improvement Loans, Credit and Credit Problems, and Home ownership Opportunities. Real Estate brokers, realtors, banks and lenders will be in attendance.

Many first time homebuyers need to understand the home buying process and feel comfortable. That is why we pride ourselves on our counseling and marketing efforts to ensure that our clients are comfortable with the home buying process and not overwhelmed. Many mortgage and lending terms are foreign to our clients and we are confident that thru our efforts they will better understand the many processes of buying a home.
