I'm looking forward to attending the pageant tonight here in Vicksburg and presenting flowers to the winners. These young ladies are extraordinary individuals who have excelled in the classroom and in their communities. They are all winners to me! I would also like to thank the staff of the Miss Mississippi Outstanding Teen Pageant who do a phenomenal job of planning and organizing the pageant each year. This is just another example of why people are saying great things about Vicksburg!
