Mayor Elected to Serve as Delegate

Mayor Paul E. Winfield has been elected to serve as a Delegate to the Democratic National Convention. Winfield was selected during the Mississippi Second Congressional District Convention held on Saturday, April 21, 2012 in Greenville, MS. “I am humbled to have an opportunity to represent the state of Mississippi and the Second Congressional District at the Democratic National Convention,” stated Winfield. The convention will be held in Charlotte, NC during the week of September 3, 2012.
