Heavy Vehicles Rerouted From South Washington |

 On Wednesday, February 29, 2012, the City of Vicksburg will route all vehicular traffic above 26,001 lbs off of South Washington Street from the new Lee Street Connector Road to the North Frontage Road of Interstate 20. Prohibited vehicles shall include all tractor-trailer trucks, log trucks, school buses and large emergency vehicles. The affected vehicles are advised to use the North Washington Street- U.S. Highway 61 North Truck route.
